HOST A GROUP PHOTO SHOOT

AT YOUR POLE OR AERIAL STUDIO

Group photo shoots are hosted by your studio. These shoots are a great way for your students to celebrate their progress in an environment that feels familiar and comfortable.

If hosting at your studio, you will have the choice of one coloured backdrop per day of shooting.

For groups of 10-15 students (per day)

30 minute shoot & 4 retouched images per person

£70 per person

The prices above will be charged to the hosting studio. You can set the final price that your students pay for the photo shoot, in order to cover your own costs on the day.

An instructor must be present at the shoot, please factor this in to your planning and costs.

As a thank you for booking, 1 free space is included for the host if you would like to join the shoot. This is subject to the minimum number of 10 student spaces being filled per day.

It is 1 free space maximum per shoot weekend.

Your free space can be used by the studio owner or a lead instructor only. It can not be used by a student.

A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required when booking, to secure your group shoot date.

Prices subject to shoot location; additional travel fee will apply outside of Hertfordshire.

Final retouched images will be provided directly to the student via digital download.

Additional images available to purchase for £15 per image.
